Our coaches are not technical.
Marking attendance is one screen and two taps. If a coach can use WhatsApp, they can run a session here.
New spots open
Everything a season runs on, in one system: We set every club up by hand, so we open a limited number of spots each season.
One system, every seat in the club

Limited spots
Spots open this season
Every club is configured by hand with the people who will use it, which is the only reason the number of spots is limited. The call is where we work out whether one of them is yours.
Not because the software is clever, but because the week stops being held together by memory, a notebook and a group chat.
The day to day
Four areas of the work that comes back every week, plus one optional plugin for the few weeks a year you run a competition. Your groups, your paperwork, your fees and your calendar, set up the way the club already works.

The week the club actually runs on: who trains when, who turned up, and everybody told the moment something moves.

The week the club actually runs on: who trains when, who turned up, and everybody told the moment something moves.
Everyone the club deals with in one place, instead of five WhatsApp groups and a notebook.
Registration, consent and medical forms signed by the parent on their phone, and kept against the athlete instead of in a folder in the office.
Know who has paid without going through a notebook at the end of the month.
An optional add-on for the few weeks a year you run your own competition. Switch it on for the tournament, and it stays out of the way the rest of the season.
Inside the platform
Four jobs that come back every week, and what each one looks like once it lives in one place.
The training week
The calendar, the squads and the register are the same thing. A coach opens the session on their phone at the pitch, marks who is there, and the office sees it without asking.
Fees and collection
Every athlete carries their own fee plan and their own history, so "who has not paid this month" is a screen you look at rather than an evening you spend.
Forms and signatures
Registration, consent and medical declarations go to the parent as a link, get signed on the phone they are already holding, and stay attached to the athlete for the season.
Athlete records
The squad they train with, the guardian to call, what they have signed, what they owe and how often they turn up, without opening four different things.
The tools
The session for today, the squad list and the register, on the phone already in their hand. No laptop at training.
Who trained, who is late on fees and who still has a form to sign, on one screen.
Tuesday training moves to 18:00, Pitch 2.
Got it, thank you
The week, the changes and the link to sign, in the app they already read. No account to create.
Attendance by squad, collection by month and the athletes drifting away, without asking four people for a number.
A browser is the whole requirement. Nothing to install, no licences to buy, no device the club has to supply.
We configure your squads, athletes and fees with you, from whatever list you keep today. You never meet an empty screen.
Guardians get the schedule, the changes and the forms without creating an account or learning a new app.
Coaches, administrators and the director each see what belongs to them, so one shared login stops being the system.
Eight languages, right to left included, so coaches and parents are not translating a screen in their head.
Athlete records, attendance and fee history belong to the club. Export them or ask us to delete them, whenever you want.
Parents and guardians
Sessions, times and places sent to the guardians of the squad it belongs to, in the app they already read.
Moved, cancelled or relocated. One message to exactly the families it affects, instead of a thread nobody reads in time.
Consent and medical declarations open, get signed and come back, without an account and without a printer.
The amount, what it covers and the link to settle it, so a reminder is something a parent can act on.
How it works
No procurement process, no implementation fee and no six week project plan. Three steps, and the first one is a conversation.
Book an appointmentAbout twenty minutes, at a time that suits you. You tell us how the club runs today and what hurts most.
Squads, age groups, who collects the money and where the lists currently live. This is the part that decides what setup looks like.
Squads, athletes and fees are configured together, from whatever list you already keep. You do not start from an empty screen.
Coaches take attendance, parents get the week as it changes, and you can see who is turning up without asking anyone.
The people who set your club up answer on WhatsApp or email, fix a season when it changes on you, and keep adding what you need.
Integrations
Nothing here asks the club to abandon the tools that work. The parts that already do their job stay, and the platform takes over the parts held together by hand.
Guardians are reached where they already are. No account, no download, no new group to join.
Invoices, receipts and confirmations sent from the platform to the address the family already gave you.
Collection through the methods families actually use in your country, settled against the athlete record.
A spreadsheet, an exported group or a paper register: we bring it across with you during setup.
The device the coach already owns is the terminal. Nothing to install and nothing to keep updated.
Switch it on for the weeks you run a competition, and the squads you already have are the teams.
What we are promising
We will not sell you a season and disappear. Every club on Scoutlor was set up by someone you can still call, and that is the only reason we open a limited number of spots.
What clubs ask us on the call
Straight answers, before you book
Our coaches are not technical.
Marking attendance is one screen and two taps. If a coach can use WhatsApp, they can run a session here.
We already pay for something.
Then tell us what it does well on the call. If it covers the week better than we do, we will say so.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export it and it is yours. Athlete records, attendance and fee history, whenever you ask.
Can we start with one age group?
That is usually the best way. Run one squad for a few weeks, then move the rest across.
Do parents have to download anything?
No. They get a link. Nothing to install and no account to create.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the lists you keep. We do it with you rather than handing you an empty system.
We run more than one sport.
Good. Groups, sessions, attendance and fees have the same shape in all of them.

Questions
The call is the honest version of this page: we will tell you what is built, what is not, and whether Scoutlor is wrong for your club.
Yes. What limits us is the setup rather than the software: every club is configured by hand with you, so we open a limited number of spots each season. On the call we agree a start date and which squads go in first.
It depends on the size of the club and on what you use, so we quote it on the call instead of posting a number that fits nobody. The call itself costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
No. Everything runs in a phone browser, so a coach marks attendance where the session is and a parent checks the schedule on the way there. There is nothing to install.
Yes to both. Bring whatever you keep today, a spreadsheet, an exported WhatsApp group or a paper register, and we do the import with you during setup. Running one age group for a few weeks before the rest moves across is a perfectly good way to start.
A person, not a ticket queue. The people who set your club up stay with it: we answer on WhatsApp or email, fix a season when it changes on you, and keep adding what you need as the year goes on.
You do. Player records, attendance and fee history belong to the club, and you can export them or ask us to delete them at any time.
That is the reason the schedule lives in one place. A session that moves or gets cancelled goes out to the squad it affects, so nobody is chasing a WhatsApp thread at seven in the morning to find out whether training is on.
Whichever ones your club runs. The week has the same shape in football, basketball, handball or swimming: groups, sessions, attendance, notifications and fees. Tell us on the call which sports you run and they are set up with everything else.
Anywhere. Calls are held in English, and payment methods follow what is available in your country.
