How do I get started?
Sign up and pick whether you're joining as an athlete or as a scout, club, or agent. Athletes build a profile - sport, positions, stats, and an intro video - and a paid membership makes you discoverable. Scouts get access to search and discovery tools once verified.
How does verification work?
Verification keeps the Platform trustworthy. You submit an identity document and a selfie, and our staff confirm you are a real, named person before your profile becomes discoverable. Scouts, clubs, and agents are verified against their organisation and role.
Verification usually takes one to two business days. We'll email you as soon as it's complete.
How do scouts find me?
Verified scouts search by sport, position, age, location, and performance data, then shortlist the athletes they want to follow. A complete, verified profile with an up-to-date intro video gives you the best chance of being discovered.
What does membership cost?
Scoutlor is a paid product - there's no free tier. Athletes pay $5.99 per month and scouts pay $199.99 per month; membership unlocks your profile and the full experience. You can cancel anytime, and changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes - you can request a refund within 7 days of any payment, including renewals, and we'll refund it in full. After the 7-day window, payments are final and we don't refund partial billing periods or unused time. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, with no further charges. How does messaging work?
Once a verified scout, club, or agent connects with you, you can message each other directly on the Platform. You stay in control: you choose who you reply to, and you can report or block anyone who breaks our rules.
Who can see my profile and data?
Your profile is visible to verified scouts, clubs, and agents so they can discover you. You control your media and details, and you can update or remove them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, including your data rights.
