Game day on one live page

Fixtures, tickets, live scores and standings on a page everybody already has open, updating while the game is still being played.

Works with the tools your club already runs on

Payments and payouts, messaging, calendars, video, ticket wallets and plain spreadsheet exports.

The tournament already exists in six places. It should exist in one.

Scoutlor gives an organizer a public page per competition and per game, a way to sell and scan tickets, and a console to score from the sideline. Our team sets the whole thing up before your first fixture, free.

Set up

Fixtures, groups and brackets, built for you.

Tell us the teams and the format and we build the competition, with the tie-breaks your rules actually use and a venue schedule that does not double-book.

  • Cup, league or group then knockout
  • Venue and time clash checks before you publish
  • Free setup by our team

Sell

Tickets on a phone, scanned at the gate.

Spectators buy on their phone without making an account, and your volunteer on the gate scans them with a phone camera. Team entry fees collect the same way.

  • Guest checkout, no account needed
  • Gate scanning with any phone camera
  • Team entry fees collected before you start

Score

Score it from the sideline, live.

Points, cards and the clock go in from the touchline and the public page updates as you type. Standings recalculate and every game writes back to the athletes who played.

  • A console built for one hand and a bad signal
  • Standings and brackets kept current
  • A public page for every game

How it works

Three steps, and only the first one asks anything of you.

Get set up

Athletes build a verified profile in minutes. Clubs and tournaments are set up by our team, free, before the first game.

Play the season

Games are scored from the sideline and attendance is ticked from the touchline, so the record of the season exists as it happens.

The rest writes itself

Profiles, tables and season records update themselves, and scouts search what actually happened rather than what somebody claimed.

Questions, answered

What does it cost to run a tournament?

Setup and the public pages are free. We take a small percentage of ticket and entry fee sales, so if you do not sell anything you do not pay anything.

Can spectators follow without an account?

Yes. The competition page, every game page and the standings are public. Accounts are only needed for organizers and for athletes claiming a profile.

Which sports does it handle?

Any sport that runs on fixtures and a scoreline. The scoring rules are configurable per competition.
