What is Copa Club?
Copa Club rewards the fans who show up. When you are signed in to the Scoutlor Copa app you earn experience points (XP) for predicting matches, voting for awards, reading and watching, and opening the app every day. XP moves you up the monthly levels and the leaderboard, earns badges and unlocks avatar items.
Copa Club is free. Open your Club Dashboard from Profile, under Copa Club.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You can follow teams and get alerts without signing in, but XP, streaks and badges belong to an account, so sign in or register to join Copa Club.
How do I earn XP?
Each of these earns XP:
- Predict the result of a match: 5 XP
- Vote in an award, such as player of the match: 5 XP
- Read an article: 5 XP
- Watch a clip: 2 XP
- Instant rewards, once each: complete your profile (10 XP), claim your username (20 XP), create your avatar (20 XP), follow a team or competition (10 XP) and turn on alerts (10 XP)
- Daily streak milestones: 3 days (10 XP), 7 days (25 XP), 14 days (50 XP) and 30 days (100 XP)
- Monthly challenges: extra XP for each one you finish
Is there a limit on XP?
Predictions, votes, articles and clips each earn XP up to 5 times a day. The count starts again at midnight UTC. Each match, award, article and clip earns once: changing a prediction or reading an article again does not add more.
How does the daily streak work?
Open the app on consecutive days to build your streak. The first open of each day counts, using your phone's own date. Miss a day and the streak starts again from one. Your best streak is kept on your dashboard.
How do levels work?
Every 200 XP you earn in a month takes you up a level. Levels 1 to 7 are Bronze, 8 to 14 are Silver, 15 to 19 are Gold, and level 20 is Pro.
Levels are monthly. They reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, so everyone starts the month with a fresh chance to reach Pro.
What are challenges?
Each month brings a new set of challenges, such as predicting a number of matches or opening the app on a number of days. Finish one for its XP. Finish them all to earn that month's challenges badge. See them under Challenges on your dashboard.
How do badges and the Showcase work?
You earn badges for joining Copa Club, keeping daily streaks (from 3 to 100 days), predicting matches (10, 50 and 100 predictions, 10 and 50 right results, and an exact score), reaching Silver, Gold and Pro, finishing a month's challenges and finishing in the monthly top three. Pick up to three of them for your Showcase on the dashboard.
- Reach Silver: unlocks the silver chain for your avatar
- Reach Gold: unlocks the gold chain
- Reach Pro: unlocks the sunglasses
- Finish a month's challenges: unlocks the bar scarf
- Keep a 30-day streak: unlocks the gold earring
Unlocked items stay yours, even after the month resets.
How does the leaderboard work?
Fans are ranked by the XP they earned this month. When two fans have the same XP, the one who got there first ranks higher. The top three each month earn a Top fan badge, and last month's final table stays visible.
The leaderboard shows your username, avatar and XP. To leave it, turn off Show me on the leaderboard in Settings, Privacy. You will still see your own rank.
I did something but did not get XP. Why?
Usually it was already counted (each match, award, article and clip earns once), or the daily limit for that action was reached. XP is also only earned while you are signed in and online. If something still looks wrong, contact us from the Help center.
What happens to my XP if I delete my account?
Your XP, streak, badges and leaderboard history are deleted with your account. They are included when you ask for a copy of your data.
