A season that keeps its own table

Round robin fixtures across matchweeks, one standings table that recalculates itself, and a public page for every team and every game.

Works with the tools your club already runs on

Payments and payouts, messaging, calendars, video, ticket wallets and plain spreadsheet exports.

A league is not a tournament that lasts longer. It is a table that has to stay right for months.

Scoutlor generates the fixtures, applies your tie-breaks, carries postponements without breaking the schedule, and writes every appearance back to the athletes who played. Our team sets the season up before your first matchweek, free.

Fixtures

A full season, generated in one pass.

Every team plays every other team across numbered matchweeks, with byes handled for you when the count is odd, and home grounds respected so nobody plays a home game away.

  • Single or double round robin
  • Postponements moved without breaking the order
  • Venue and date clashes checked before publishing

Table

One table, and it settles its own ties.

Points recalculate the moment a result is confirmed, and ties break by the rules your competition actually uses rather than a default nobody agreed to.

  • Tie-breaks you configure, in the order you want
  • Divisions with promotion and relegation
  • Results locked once approved, with an audit trail

Season

Every match writes to a career.

Appearances, scorers, assists and cards accumulate across the season, on public team pages and on the athlete profiles behind them, so a season is a record rather than a memory.

  • Public team pages with the full squad
  • Discipline counts carried across matchweeks
  • Squads imported from a spreadsheet

How it works

Three steps, and only the first one asks anything of you.

Get set up

Athletes build a verified profile in minutes. Clubs and tournaments are set up by our team, free, before the first game.

Play the season

Games are scored from the sideline and attendance is ticked from the touchline, so the record of the season exists as it happens.

The rest writes itself

Profiles, tables and season records update themselves, and scouts search what actually happened rather than what somebody claimed.

Questions, answered

Can a league run alongside a cup?

Yes. A competition is either a cup or a league, and a club can run both at once. Appearances from either write to the same athlete profile.

What happens when a game is postponed?

The game keeps its matchweek but takes a new date, and the table shows the affected teams as having played fewer games rather than silently reordering.

Who is allowed to enter a result?

The organizer always can. You can also let each team manager submit their own result for the host to approve, which is faster on a weekend with many games.
