Help- Is Starter really free?
- Yes, for good. There is no limit on teams, matches or competitions, and no card is needed. Your public pages show Scoutlor branding.
- How does taking payments work?
- On Pro, teams pay registration fees and fans buy tickets on your public page. Scoutlor keeps 5% of each payment and the rest is paid out to you.
- What happens if I cancel Pro?
- Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for, then 7 more days. After that new payments, WhatsApp and the assistant stop. Payments already made stand, and nothing is deleted.
- Do I need one plan per competition?
- No. Pro belongs to your organizer account, so it covers every competition you run, and its storage is shared across them.
